Anthony Bay is Europe

As you drive further away from the more populated coastal and river delta regions of Provence, so you delve deeper into the rural life of a land that beats to a different tempo than that of the coast.

This journey of discovery starts with a stay in the lovely Lubéron, for many the prettiest and most enchanting region of Provence, whose small fortified villages and abbeys are separated from each other by vineyards, woodlands and rolling hills. Afterwards drive north and west to a land that is far less touched by commercialisation. Here it’s possible to drive along the famous Lavender Road with its seemingly endless rows of bushes stretching out before you and stop to visit a local distillery. On another day perhaps drive through enchanting scenery and stop in small village squares to soak up the atmosphere and perhaps enjoy a glass of the local ‘Rinquinquin’ aperitif! The journey would require returning near to Marseilles airport to position yourself for the return journey.   Price on application
