  • Day 1 Ljubljana Transfer by private limousine to the centre of the city
  • Day 2 Ljubljana-Lake Bled Walking tour of Ljubljana and a plenta ride on Lake Bled
  • Day 3 Zagreb-Plitvice Zagreb’s upper and lower towns, overnight in Plitvice National Park
  • Day 4 To Split Visit the Plitvice Lakes National Park and drive to Split
  • Day 5 Split Visit the Roman palace of Diocletian and works of sculptor Ivan Meštrović
  • Day 6 Island of Hvar Sail to Hvar for a visit of the Venetian port and a lavender farm
